1. Booking and Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability
• Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges
• Guests must provide valid photo ID at check-in (Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License, or Voter ID)

2. Payment Terms

• Advance payment may be required for certain bookings
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers
• All rates are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise
• Additional charges may apply for extra services

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours before check-in: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before check-in: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in: No refund
• No-shows will be charged for the first night

4. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property
• Smoking is prohibited in all rooms (designated smoking areas available)
• Outside food is not allowed in rooms (restaurant service available)
• Pets are not allowed (except service animals with prior notice)

5. Liability

• We provide safety deposit boxes for valuables

6. Force Majeure

The hotel shall not be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or pandemics.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rameswaram, Tamil Nadu.

Standard Cancellation Policy

• Free Cancellation: Up to 48 hours before check-in time (12:00 PM)
• 50% Charge: Between 24-48 hours before check-in
• 100% Charge: Less than 24 hours before check-in or no-show

Peak Season & Special Periods

During peak seasons (festivals, holidays, special events):

• Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance for full refund
• 50% refund for cancellations 3-7 days before check-in
• No refund for cancellations less than 3 days before check-in

Group Bookings (5+ Rooms)

• Cancellations must be made 15 days in advance for full refund
• 50% refund for cancellations 7-15 days before check-in
• No refund for cancellations less than 7 days before check-in

Modification Policy

• Date modifications are subject to availability
• No charge for modifications made 48+ hours before check-in
• Modification fees may apply for changes made within 48 hours

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
• Refunds will be made through the original payment method
• Bank charges for refunds will be borne by the guest

Maximum Occupancy

• Superior Double Bed: Maximum 3 persons
• Superior Triple Bed: Maximum 4 persons
• Superior Four Bed: Maximum 4 persons
• Additional beds may be available with extra charges
• Children below 5 years stay free (without extra bed)

WhatsApp Booking Process

• Form submission opens WhatsApp with your booking details
• Our team will confirm availability within 2 hours
• Payment instructions will be shared via WhatsApp
• Booking is finalized only after payment confirmation

Special Requests

• We try to accommodate all special requests but cannot guarantee
• Requests for specific room locations/view are subject to availability
• Early check-in/late check-out requests should be made in advance
